Nemtio plans non-emergency medical transport (NEMT) continuously. All trips and all vehicles are planned together for the next few hours — which provider takes which trip, in what order, and in what time window — and the plan is redone as the day changes: new bookings, trips running long, vehicles going out of service. Because everything is planned together, trips can be combined and vehicles spend less time driving empty. Dispatchers see the whole plan and confirm the suggestions, instead of working out every assignment themselves.
Nemtio does not replace the systems you already run. Trips arrive from whatever takes bookings today, assignments go out to whatever dispatches your vehicles, and execution updates come back so the plan follows reality. Those connections are built during setup, so booking and dispatch stay where they are and there is no rip-and-replace project to get through first.
Built for the organisations that plan the transports: coordinators and dispatch centres, transport providers running their own fleet, and Fahrdienste for people with disabilities, across Europe, DACH first. GDPR compliance work is under way and SOC 2 is planned before general availability; neither is certified today. Hosted in the EU on Google Cloud in Belgium, with every suggestion, commit and change written to an exportable audit log, and every plan stored together with the situation it was planned from. Customers can additionally switch on demand prediction, which learns which trips are foreseeable before they are booked.
